Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal for your account.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops the next renewal charge. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the account moves to the free plan and its monthly report limit.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling does not delete your account or your records. Visits, customers and previously sent reports remain available on the free plan. To delete your account and its data, contact support@poolreportconfirm.com from the email address on the account.

Downgrades

Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal unless Stripe applies it immediately. Seat and report limits of the new plan apply once it is active, so remove extra users before downgrading.
