Refund Policy
Pool Report Confirm is a subscription service billed in advance. Once a billing period begins, fees for that period are generally non-refundable, including for partial use, unused reports, or periods remaining after a cancellation.
Exceptions
We will review and, where valid, refund:
- duplicate charges for the same period;
- charges made in error by us or by our payment processor;
- charges you did not authorize;
- any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
Free plan first
Every account starts on the free plan with a monthly report allowance, so you can evaluate the service before paying. We recommend using it before upgrading.
How to ask
Email support@poolreportconfirm.com from the address on the account within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear.
